HEALTH SUPERINTENDENT / COMPANY DOCTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Developing integrated health management system
2. Developing & Maintaining health Procedures
3. Providing emeregcensy response training like first aid, CPR, etc
4. Plan and implement all health programs such as medical campaign, hygiene inspection, etc
5. Providing medical service for employees
6. Review all medical reimburstment from emplyees & make a medical invoice to contractor & sub contractor
7. To give professional advice fot KTT regarding health issue in the working places area

REQUIREMENTS :
1. Male / Female, 23 – 40 Years Old.
2. Bachelor degree in medical science, faculty of health from reputable university
3. Experience to make health risk assesment (HRA)
4. Min. 2 years experience in mining company with large scale project.
5. Hyperkes is a must and POP or Ahli K3 umum is prefered
6. Good knowledge about system development, reporting skill, and abble to communicate with any level.
7. Computer literate & English profiency are a must.
8. Willing to be assigned at a remote location at Taliabu Island, North Maluku with 6/2 weeks roster.
